Create Custom Field
When you are configuring Questionnaire Question Fields Plugin, it is all about creating new Questionnaire Question Field custom fields. There are five different options that users are able to select as they wish according to custom field types. It is possible to create one custom field per question and option.

After creating a custom field is done, users should configure them by going to this custom field’s configuration page and simply clicking “Edit Options” you will be redirected to the configuration page which lets users add a question and options.

It is also possible to update the value of the chosen option and decide whether it is enabled or disabled. On the other hand, as can be seen, users can also delete the chosen option.

In the Setting of Questionnaire Question Fields on the admin page, you can select to display or not to display the Questionnaire Question Fields panel on the issue if there is no data.
