Create Custom Field

When you are configuring Questionnaire Plugin, it is all about creating new Questionnaire custom fields. There are five different options that users are able to select as they wish according to custom field types. It is possible to create one custom field per question and option.

Define Question and Options

After creating a custom field is done, users should configure them by going to this custom field’s configuration page and simply clicking “Edit Options” you will be redirected to the configuration page which lets users add a question and options.

After simply clicking “Edit Options”, this is the page where users can add a question for the chosen custom field and create options.

In the image below, the question and options have been added as an example.

It is also possible to update the value of the chosen option and decide whether it is enabled or disabled. On the other hand, as can be seen, users can also delete the chosen option.

In the Setting of Questionnaire on the admin page, you can select to display or not to display the Questionnaire panel on the issue if there is no data.

If you check the option, the info panel will be seen as below. By default, the info panel is not seen at all, if there isn’t any data.
