Organization Sync

After installing the Group & Organization Sync app, the Organization Sync button will appear on the left sidebar of your JSM projects.

Create Synchronization

Welcome to the synchronization creation for your organizations! Here, you can easily set up synchronizations to keep your data up-to-date and accurate.

To ensure that your organization stays in sync, you can Create Synchronization. GO Sync allows you to select specific group(s) or individual user(s) to keep updated.

Sync Option

Choose this option to synchronize your organization scope as defined in synchronization.

Every time the synchronization runs, it deletes manually added users from the organization.

To synchronize organizations manually, simply click on 'Sync Now' button.

Add Customer

Using Add Customer button, you can easily add customers to an organization as individuals or from groups. This option only allows adding users to an organization. To keep your organization up-to-date, you need to create or update synchronization.

You can filter synchronizations based on the organization's name, group, or user.

Sync Schedule

Group & Organization Sync app will establish a default Sync Schedule, which you can modify as needed.

Sync All Now button will sync all defined Synchronizations in your Jira.

Audit Log

You can track any updates made to synchronization by referring to the Audit Log.
