GO! JQL Cloud Configuration

In GO! JQL: Essential JQL Functions plugin, users are able to search JQL functions via Extended Search Page. It is also possible to save the JQL functions as filters and share them with the other users by using our dashboard gadget. If a user has permission to view the related dashboard then your shared filters will be visible to these users.

If the filter attached to the GO! JQL gadget on the relevant dashboard is not shared, user will receive a warning message as above. In this situation please contact with the filter owner and request it to be shared as in the first picture.

 

 

 

 

 

Using the filter that the filter owner saved, users are able to see the related issues in the gadget as above.
